Qualifications:

I discovered Seaside by good luck more than 18 years ago and immediately fell in love with it.

I’ve been active in the community ever since — as member and Chair of the Seaside Planning Commission, member and chair of various local public benefit organizations, and as an instructor of technology at a large regional college.

The development decisions we make today will affect us and our children long into the future.

I will apply my knowledge and experience in promoting the high quality, sustainable development that Seaside deserves and needs to prosper. I will always put the needs of the community first by asking critical questions and then work towards building consensus to implement the BEST policies and projects. We need to consistently evaluate more than one option to improve our City.

Seaside also must make a priority of tending to the needs of seniors, youth, tenants, labor, the environment and public safety. I have successfully worked with each segment, and my background in security and strategy will be of particular benefit to improving public safety.
